By submitting a registration form, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

Registration
Submitting a registration form does not automatically guarantee a place in the camp. Registration is considered complete only after confirmation from UMKA and, where applicable, payment has been received.

Program Information
UMKA reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the camp schedule, activities, staffing, or program content when necessary.
Any significant changes will be communicated to parents or guardians as soon as possible.

Parent Responsibility
Parents and legal guardians are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information regarding their child, including contact details, medical information, allergies, and any special requirements relevant to participation in the camp.

Health and Safety
Parents must inform UMKA of any medical conditions, allergies, dietary restrictions, or other circumstances that may affect their child's participation.
UMKA will take reasonable measures to provide a safe and supportive environment for all participants.

Attendance
Parents are responsible for ensuring that children arrive and are collected at the agreed times unless alternative arrangements have been made.

Photos and Videos
Participation in camp activities may involve photography or video recording for educational, informational, or promotional purposes, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Parents who do not wish their child's image to be used may notify UMKA in writing.
